Privacy Policy

ComeFeteWithUs.com is the personal wedding website of Gem & Bill, built to share our celebration with the people we love and to organize one very good party. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the site collects and what we do with it.

What we collect

• RSVP details: your name(s), the names in your party, email address, whether you’re attending, party size, an optional phone number, and any song requests or dietary notes you share with us.
• Contact details: if you use our contact form, your household name, email address, and mailing address (so your save the date and invitation can find you).
• Technical basics: the IP address and timing of a form submission, used only to keep automated spam out of our guest list. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies — local browser storage is used solely to make the site work (for example, remembering that you’ve already RSVPed).

How we use it

Only to plan and celebrate our wedding: managing the guest list and seating, mailing save the dates and invitations, sending RSVP confirmations and wedding updates by email, sending wedding updates by text message if you’ve given us your number, and coordinating event logistics during the wedding weekend.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number to us — in person, in writing, or through this site — you consent to receive occasional wedding-related text messages from Gem & Bill (save-the-date news, RSVP reminders, and travel or event logistics). Message frequency is low. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data will be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Service providers

Like most modern websites, we rely on a few services to run things. They process data only on our behalf, only to operate this site: Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (text-message delivery), Stripe (payment processing for the honeymoon fund — card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our site), and Google (a private spreadsheet we use for planning).

What we never do

We never sell your information, share it for anyone else’s marketing, run advertising, or use tracking analytics. This is a wedding, not a business.

How long we keep it

We keep guest information through the wedding and its wrap-up, and we’ll delete personal data within twelve months after the big day. Want yours corrected or removed sooner? Just ask.

Your choices

Email us any time to see, update, or delete what we have about you. Every campaign email offers a way to opt out, and STOP always works for texts.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a fresh effective date.
